HUMAN CAPITAL OPERATION Manager

based in Jakarta Indonesia

Qualifications:

• Having experience in the field of compensation benefits
• HR administration effectively
• Able to implement HRIS
• Able to develop HR budget
• Able to communicate with all levels of management and employees in an organization
• Understand the concept and implementation of Industrial Relations
• Having a high initiative, strong leadership and teamwork skills

Specifications:

• Minimum S1 Law, Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources
• Having work experience minimum of 5-7 years, as HR Generalist.
• Having a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is a better value
• Able to speak English well
